Spa Etiquette

  • Spa Service Hours; Sunday-Thursday 9am – 4pm and Fridays-Saturdays 9am – 5pm.
  • Appointments are required.
  • Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled service time for massages, body treatments, and facials.
  • Guest Health forms will be taken upon arrival.
  • Cancellation Policy/Late Arrival: Arriving late will limit the time for your treatment, if you arrive more than 10 minutes late you are not guaranteed to receive your service. The full value of your treatment will be applied regardless of late arrivals. To avoid being charged for scheduled services, you must give 24 hours’ notice. Please call to notify us of a cancellation. No-shows and late cancellations will be charged in full. A hotel room number, membership number, or credit card number is required at the time of booking.
  • At this time only Credit Card, Room Charges, and Country Club Membership Charges will be accepted. No Cash Payments.
  • The Spa welcomes guest 16 years of age and older. Guests under 16 may receive salon services provided they are accompanied by an adult.
  • Locker rooms including saunas, steam rooms, and showers are open.
  • Vanity items, extra linen, and bottled water are available upon request.
